Your day begins at your accommodation or agreed meeting point. The team confirms the departure time for your hotel. Settle into your private vehicle for the journey inland; this is a full-day excursion, so keep the evening flexible.
Explore the Maya city of Chichen Itza
Walk the archaeological site with a certified English-speaking guide. The scale of the Kukulkan pyramid, the ball court and the surrounding monuments becomes more meaningful when you can ask questions and connect the buildings to Maya life. Bring comfortable shoes: much of the visit is outdoors.
Pause at a hacienda and cenote
Enjoy a regional buffet lunch, then take time for the cenote included in the itinerary. The contrast is part of the experience: warm stone and open plazas give way to freshwater and a quieter setting. Swimming is optional; tell us beforehand if anyone would prefer to stay out of the water.
Spend time in Valladolid
Finish with the historic center of Valladolid. Walk its colorful streets, browse local crafts or find a shaded spot before the drive back to your accommodation. The precise order and timing of the stops may vary.

Pickup, transportation & timing
Send the full name or address of your accommodation in Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Morelos or elsewhere on the Riviera Maya. We’ll check coverage and confirm your pickup time. Any supplement is charged per group for the round trip, not per person.
If you have a car, ask about a meeting point within the included pickup area. Total duration varies with your hotel, traffic and the itinerary; keep your return schedule flexible.

What to bring
Closed-toe walking shoes, swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses and a UV-protection shirt. Sunscreen is permitted at the ruins but prohibited in the cenote.

How do I reserve?
