What you’ll experience
Explore Coba’s forest paths
Meet your guide for a visit among Maya structures, stelae and shaded jungle paths. A bicycle is included, or choose the tricycle option at no extra cost if you prefer not to pedal. The point is to enjoy the site at a pace that works for your group.
Swim and share a local meal
Cool off in a cenote and pause for a traditional meal with a Maya family. This part of the day brings the experience back to the people who live here. Share dietary requirements in advance; vegetarian or vegan arrangements can be discussed.
Look for wildlife at Punta Laguna
Walk through the reserve with your guide, watching and listening for spider and howler monkeys. The forest is their home, so the route and timing may change with animal activity. Sightings are never guaranteed.
Choose your lagoon adventures
The program includes canoeing and a zipline across the lagoon. An optional vertical-cenote descent and a Maya ceremony add another dimension to the visit. Participation depends on site conditions and eligibility; tell us which activities you want to do before booking.

Zipline maximum weight: 100 kg (about 220 lb), including the combined weight of an adult and child riding together. The French program allows children ages 5 and up to ride alone and ages 3–4 with an adult; the activity team must confirm eligibility and equipment fit. An alternative walking route is available for those who skip the zipline.

Pickup, transportation & timing
Send the full name or address of your accommodation in Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Morelos or elsewhere on the Riviera Maya. We’ll check coverage and confirm your pickup time. Any supplement is charged per group for the round trip, not per person.
If you have a car, ask about a meeting point within the included pickup area. Total duration varies with your hotel, traffic and the itinerary; keep your return schedule flexible.

What to bring
Closed-toe shoes, swimsuit, towel, hat, a UV shirt and biodegradable insect repellent used according to site instructions. Sunscreen is prohibited in the cenotes, including biodegradable products.

Our optional excursion photography package covers the key moments of your tour and includes 50 edited high-resolution photos, a preview of 3–5 images within 24 hours and a private online gallery within 5 business days. Availability is confirmed for your date.
Questions before you book
Do I have to ride a bike at Coba?
No. A tricycle alternative is included at no additional cost for guests who prefer not to pedal.
What is the zipline weight limit?
The maximum is 100 kg, about 220 lb. For an adult and child riding together, the combined weight must remain within that limit.
Are the adventure activities mandatory?
No. The vertical-cenote descent and ceremony are optional, and a walking alternative is available for the zipline. Tell us your preferences in advance.
Will we definitely see monkeys?
No. The monkeys are wild. The guide may adjust the order of Coba and Punta Laguna to respond to conditions and animal activity.
How do I reserve?
Contact us with your date, hotel and group details. We confirm availability and the deposit required before you pay. The remaining balance is payable in cash in MXN to the guide, as stated in your booking confirmation.
Can the itinerary change?
Yes. Weather, access restrictions and operating conditions may require adjustments. Tell us your priorities before booking; customization must be confirmed and may change the price. Ask us to explain the cancellation and weather terms before payment.
